Help!!!! my face is fat ?

Ok so my cheeks are chubby and it gets really annoying cuz you can only see it when you look at the side of my face and I look like a hamster stuffing its face. Can u get rid of this? All I need is a natural cheekbone line or something I'm tired of using makeup. How do I get rid of this?
