Is it possible for my cheekbone to have moved? help?

It probably sounds really weird but about 6 months ago (or more, i can't remember) someone fell into me in gym and cracked their head right against my cheekbone. It hurted so badly for about a month or so and then it slowly eased off but I swear it was so painful....But I've noticed for a while that my left cheekbone (the one that got hit :L) looks a bit higher and more defined than my other one :L I suppose what I'm asking is that, is it possible that maybe I got shunted so hard that it shunted so hard that it moved my bone XD lol x any help??
