Pleeeease help? Question about sunburn?

A couple days ago, I got sunburn on my face. I wore sunblock, but I still got pretty red. My face was pretty clear of any pimples before I got burnt. But the next day, these small, red, pimple-like dots showed up around one side of my mouth and on my cheekbones. Is it a reaction to my sunscreen? Or is it something from the sun? How could I get rid of it? Thanks! :)
