How do you legally leave with 2 kids from unsafe husband.?

She CAN get a Restraining Order taken out against him for as long as she wants. I've heard of "permanent" Restraining Orders! He would NOT be allowed anywhere near her or contact her in ANY WAY! This WOULD assure her safety at ALL times against him. You also could get out your phone book, call as many attys. who advertise FREE phone advice. I've done this myself with much success. Tell him/her the situation & get her questions answered. This is what I'd highly suggest she do, but I'd also request taking out that Restraining Order ASAP, no ifs ands or buts!...best to you...:)
