Why is this making me self concious?

Well today a guy co-worker and I were having a conversation about women with masculine features. He first pointed out that he did not find girls like that attractive. Then I said I had masculine facial features (thicker brows and a defined cheekbone)..he went on to say that it's weird bc most hot girls have masculine features...tall, cheekbones, small butt, big boobs, and no hips. I pointed out that he just described my appearence except im not tall. He said "yeah you're short". Um yeah, ik a weird convo, right? Do you think he insulted me...i think he did bc now im feeling self conscious
