How can the face of someone be consider a physical feature ?

How is someone's face consider a physical feature ? I thought that when someone tells you your best physical feature about your face they would tell you what your best facial features are your instead of just saying Pretty face ..... so does that mean that my each of my facial features are nice looking ? ( like my nose, eyes, lips, Cheekbones, smile, teeth ... Etc )
