24 weeks pregnant and lot of nasal congestion and pain on left side of face.?

hi..im 24 weeks pregnant and its been 2 days that i have alot of pain on the leftside of my face the cheekbone and next to my left eye..tylenol wont help not even ice or a warm cloth....and the pain is all day specially when im atsleep it feels like palpitation..i have an app on thursday with my OB but she always says in normal to have headaches..but nothing is helping!!!could this be sinus pain.i been with alot of mocus all pregnancy but now is when i have the pain in my nose and left side of face only!!! can any one help please!!!!
