Can I guy with a softer chin, larger nose attract a celebrity-hot woman?

It's usually the guys who have the model-look that get the celebrity-type looking women. It's like a facial bone structure thing. Seems like higher cheekbones, strong-box jaw, smaller nose and a good hairline get these types of women. Is there any possiblity that an average Joe with less than model-looking facial features can get a celebrity-hot woman?
