Does increased exposure to testosterone during the teenage years give guys more masculine facial features?

I heard that an increase in testosterone during key developmental stages will give guys more masculine traits. I have also noticed that guys who do a large amount of physical activity tend to look more masculine ( prominent jawlines, cheekbones, etc) compared to those skinny guys that always have a "childish" look to their face. Is this at all true?
