Guys stare but never approach me...?

I have been told my many people that I'm attractive but yet no guy approaches me. I look like a cross between Shay Mitchell and Moon Bloodgood (google them, their both half Asian) and I have pretty pronounced cheekbones and Angelina Jolie type lips and hazel eyes. I don't come across as stuck up or anything. I usually smile at guys who stare at me, but then they look away. I don't know what to do! It's driving me insane to see EVERY single one of my friends getting bfs/gfs and I'm just here chillin' w/o anyone.
