How much does it cost to get acrylic nails done?

I want acrylic nails with a french tip that's blue. I was wondering how much that would cost in the state of ohio. Also i want to get some flowers painted on the nails too. Would that change the cost? And will it change the cost if I have really short nails and they have to add tips to my nails? Thank you and I appreciate your help!!
