Ok, so I'm a working teenager who starts college this fall. Should I be buying clothes/shoes?

Please don't judge, but I'm freakin' obsessed with vintage finds on random fashion websites since the mall I live near sucks. Oh!, and I love fashion and eccentricity. The catch is I have to pay 3000 dollars this fall for college. I know I will make that amount at least, at work this summer. But, should I feel guilty splurging on the good finds every once in a short while?
