A Question on Genius by Mark Twain?

Practice speaking it out loud is my advice. He is making fun of the label of genius, also himself. Remember that nerves usually drives the readers to speed, this needs the pauses to be effective. Learning those just takes repetition from reading it out loud to really get the flow that Twain intended.
